Services

 I have developed several robots for crawlspace inspection.

N-Spect-R Crawlee and N-Spect-R Crawlee Jr. are a great addition to my service. Many crawl spaces are too tight to inspect and the robot is able to go in many of these spaces. I use the robot camera to record images under the home and these images become part of the Inspection report.

 

Why Us

As I work with agents and clients, I want them to be informed and at ease. During the inspection I will;

• Survey the homes condition/Identify potential problems

• Complete a visual inspection of the function and safety of the home.

• Keep a positive attitude with the clients and agents

• Review verbally what has been found before I complete the report and email it to the agent and the client once the report is complete.

Hours of Operation

Our hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Sunday, by appointment.
