To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for the home renovation project recently completed by Jim Eaton of ECH. We completely renovated our kitchen, laundry room and 2 baths. The work became a larger job than anticipated due to water damage in the kitchen and sunroom.
Jim was very professional throughout the entire process. He made helpful suggestions and participated in every facet of the project. We had heard remodeling horror stories, but even with the added repairs, he did everything possible to make the whole time as smooth as possible, even moving the washer and dryer back into the laundry room on weekends and moving them back out of the way on Mondays! To me, this was above and beyond what we anticipated.
The work has been completed and turned out beautifully. My husband and I would recommend ECH to anyone who needs any type of home building project.
